My name is Dr. Jane Litsey. I am a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in my hometown of Boulder, Colorado.
My aim is to serve as a resource to help you implement a way of life that is in harmony with the natural world and the needs of your body. When we create this environment for ourselves, healing can occur. The body is wise. Symptoms are intelligent messages. Our work together is to discover what the body is saying. Illness is a call to our own evolution. It is a call to change. Through this lens, healing becomes a process of transformation. When we prioritize the needs of our bodies, the noise in our mind and emotions begins to clear. Our internal voice of purpose and life-direction can begin to emerge. Healing is the return to a state of connection with ourselves. Of listening to and acting upon the voice of the body. I wonder what whisper will emerge within you when the foundation for life and health is created.
